Integration - Import Journal Entries Upload - EBS
The integration process of journals extracted from various boundary application source systems in EBS flat file format and transformation to the AHCS Common Schema, which in turn would be used to create import files ready to be consumed by Oracle ERP Cloud - Accounting Hub Cloud Services (AHCS).
This integration boundary application scope including KYRIBA, WORKDAY and relevant logic to record journal entries in Oracle ERP Cloud General Ledger.

WORKDAY - Payroll, Payroll Accrual, Leave accrual GL Journals

- Start (Boundary System)
- Corporate Transaction Accounting
- Extract Accounted Transactions in EBS format
- Push file to global SFTP folder
- Receive file
- Validate data
- Validation Errors?
- If NO then
- AHCS Common Schema is updated with regulated data
- End
- If YES then
- 1.Notify Support
- 2.Fix Errors
- 3.Extract Accounted Transactions in EBS format
